Return Policy

All sales are final, however if an item is believed to defective, call floatstorage.com at (888) 743-9957, to get a return authorization number. All items must be returned in original boxes. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges unless product is determined to be defective. All returns must be returned within 2 weeks of shipment.

All shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Shorted items will be shipped from Factory at no cost to the Cusomter.
